Chase Young, defensive end, Ohio State If Chase Young hadn’t been suspended two games, he almost certainly would rank higher on this list. He was the best player in college football this past season. Period. Playing in just 11 games due to the suspension, Young racked up 44 tackles, including 21 for a loss, and led the nation with 16.5 sacks, along with seven forced fumbles. 3.
