‘Every piece of jewellery tells a story’ – Gem Hunt. Yes, that’s a true story.And one simply cannot simply deny that, everyone has love for beautiful jewelleries. Some have more fascination, some have less. This year, Schmuckmuseum Pforzheim will host an exhibition of various forms of jewellery. The show will open for public on October 27, 2017. The preview will be on a day before.Titled “Pretty on Pink - Éminences Grises in Jewellery”, this German exhibition will showcase numerous pieces created by modern designers as well as ancient items dated back to 7th century BC. Some of the beautiful creations by renowned artist Anton Cepka, Stephanie Hensle, Ruudt Peters, Ramón Puig Cuyás will be showcasing.As grey is a flat colour and represents the mindset of the modern era, contemporary artists and designers have turned their attention to improve this colour spectrum, and tried to create a contrast of flat grey and striking pink.
