2018 Italdesign Zerouno will be featured at RM Sotheby’s upcoming auction “Essen 2019,” which will be held on April 11-12, 2019, in Essen, Germany. The pre-auction estimate of this rare car is € 950,000 - € 1,500,000, and it will be offered in lot 300 at the auction. “Founded in 1968 by legendary Giorgetto Giugiaro, Italdesign has designed some of the most interesting and clever automotive designs of the last 50 years. A true contemporary coachbuilder, Italdesign has always succeeded in dressing the best technical solutions with great shapes. Designed in-house by Filippo Perini's design team, the sports car has a carbon body and a Y-shaped front air intake for less lift at high speeds. The Zerouno was powered by a 5.2-liter V10 engine with 618 hp in conjunction with a seven-speed DSG transmission. The torque of 560 Nm is available at 6,500 rpm, and the power is transmitted to all four wheels.
