Hublot collaborated with artist Marc Ferrero and recently unveiled the Big Bang One Click Marc Ferrero, which pays homage to the woman of the 21st century.Women adopt several roles ranging from mother, wife, friend, lover, business woman etc. Often a woman has to switch roles or juggle several at the same time during the day and this makes her a unique representation of the 21st-century. Hublot is aiming to capture the many facets of modern women with its latest timepiece created in collaboration with the artist, Marc Ferrero. Famous for his “storytelling art” he pays homage to the 21st century woman as she distinguishes herself in her many roles.In the Big Bang One Click Marc Ferrero, the artist weaves a story of a modern-day heroine in the dial. The dial focuses on the ‘Lipstick’ piece which has been billed as Ferrero’s iconic work. In the piece, a woman who wears sunglasses and is applying her lipstick is a mysterious figure who has no problem showcasing her femininity as she takes on the unexpected. Offered as part of the “Hublot loves Art” series, the timepiece is available in red and turquoise.Red Spinels are used in one version, while topazes are present on the turquoise version of the watch, and forty-two of these fine stones are used to decorate the bezel of each timepiece which comes with a 39-mm case. The timepiece comes with the Caliber Hublot HUB1710 movement that is self-winding while a “One Click” patented system allows for easy fastening on the wrist of the wearer.
