Houston Texans head coach Bill O’Brien and quarterback Deshaun Watson on Wednesday reacted to the controversial remarks by a Texas school district superintendent about the signal-caller that were condemned as profoundly racist in nature. Lynn Redden, superintendent of the Onalaska Independent School District, about 100 miles outside of Houston, blasted Watson over the final play in the Texans’ 20-17 loss to the Tennessee Titans last Sunday.Redden was reacting to an article about the game and posted a comment that read, “That may have been the most inept quarterback decision I’ve seen in the NFL.
