Three years after SAS Manthatisi tragedy, Navy awaits Hawks probe as submarine returns to sea
Three years after three submariners died during a transfer exercise off Kommetjie, the Navy says it has handed its board of inquiry to the Hawks and that SAS Manthatisi has returned to sea.
