Moderate to heavy thundery showers with gusty winds are expected over the northern and western areas of Singapore on Monday (Sept 21) afternoon.The National Environment Agency (NEA) said in an update that the weather condition is expected between 2.15pm and 3pm.Checks on the Meteorological Service Singapore's weather radar show patches of rainclouds over northern Singapore, to its south, near Batam.As at 2.25pm, no flood risk advisory has been issued by PUB.In its fortnightly weather forecast issued on Sept 16, NEA had said localised short-duration thundery showers are expected between the late morning and afternoon over most parts of the island on most days.Meanwhile, Singapore's 24-hour Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) at 2pm ranged from 68 to 86, in the moderate range, with the highest reading of 86 recorded in the central region.One-hour PM2.5 is in the normal band for all regions.
