Man left tetraplegic after unrecognised spinal injury at North Shore Hospital
A 69-year-old who walked into North Shore Hospital after an e-scooter fall became tetraplegic after an unrecognised spinal fracture displaced, with HDC finding serious deficiencies in his care.
