Herron vows to stop sale of City land to tackle housing crisis
GOOD mayoral candidate Brett Herron has promised a moratorium on Cape Town’s sale of public land and long leases if elected, saying the municipality should use more of its land to address the housing crisis and build homes where private-sector projects fail.
