Man who killed son’s eight-year-old friend during sleepover loses appeal bid
The Western Cape High Court has dismissed a Kraaifontein man’s application for leave to appeal against his convictions for the rape and murder of eight-year-old Daniel Jamneck, sexual assault and the rape of an adult woman.
