Cabinet Chairman presents apartment to family of deceased MES rescuer
On September 18, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Adylbek Kasymaliev met with the wife of Askar Kazybekov, a lieutenant of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) who died in the line of duty.
