Authorities to allocate 7 billion soms to address textbook shortage
President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov decided to allocate 7 billion soms additionally to address the shortage of textbooks, his press secretary Askat Alagozov said. He noted the shortage of textbooks in schools has existed for a long time and cannot be justified by various reasons.
