Manas monument removed from Ala-Too Square proposed for transfer to Toktogul
The Aiкol Manas monument removed from Ala-Too Square in Bishkek is proposed to be transferred free of charge into state ownership for the Toktogul district administration. The relevant draft resolution has been prepared for consideration by the Bishkek City Council.
