Thoshan Panday asks court to end World Cup tender case after 16-year delay
Durban businessman Thoshan Panday has asked the High Court to halt the criminal case linked to alleged 2010 World Cup police accommodation irregularities, arguing that delays in obtaining disclosure have prejudiced his defence.
