GBA President Efua Ghartey calls for Constituent Assembly to deliberate on 1992 Constitution reforms
The President of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA), Mrs Efua Ghartey, has called for the establishment of a Constituent Assembly to thoroughly deliberate on proposals to amend the 1992 Constitution.
