From Development Cooperation to Comprehensive Partnership: Korea and Kyrgyzstan
In recent years, relations between the Republic of Korea and the Kyrgyz Republic have reached a qualitatively new level. In December 2024, the two countries elevated their bilateral relations to a «comprehensive partnership,» reflecting the expansion of cooperation from development assistance and people-to-people exchanges to trade, investment, digital transformation, climate action and other mutually beneficial areas.
