Madlanga Commission hears ex-JMPD superintendent allegedly deployed police to guard Lenasia liquor business
The Madlanga Commission heard that former JMPD superintendent Phineas Manyama allegedly deployed police vehicles and rotating officers to guard a friend’s liquor business in Lenasia, south of Johannesburg.
