A former Labour Party spokesperson, Abayomi Arabambi, recently sued UNN, claiming he had requested a certified true copy of Mr Obi’s certificate number D000198, in respect of a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy issued to him by UNN in 1984, in line with the Freedom of Information (FoI) Act, but the institution refused his request.
