Money worries affect almost one in three Czech adults, but younger people are facing a greater burden. A new survey found that 39 percent of people aged 18 to 26 experience financial anxiety at least once a month, with household income playing a major role in how people feel about their finances. Financial concerns are common across the Czech Republic. According to a survey conducted by Ipsos for Home Credit, 28 percent of adults experience worries about money at least once a month. Another 35 percent report financial stress several times a year. Young adults face the greatest pressure People aged 18 to 26 are the most likely to experience regular financial stress. Nearly four in ten respondents in this age group said they worry about money at least once a month. Home Credit attributed the pressure partly to the cost of housing and everyday expenses.
