Goa club fire: Accused Luthra brothers surrender after SC rejects bail relief, sent to judicial custody

The seriousness of their charges, stemming from a catastrophic fire in December 2025 that resulted in twenty-five fatalities, led the Bombay High Court to cancel their bail. The charges they face include culpable homicide not amounting to murder and criminal conspiracy.
