Sadyr Japarov accuses critics abroad of “mankurtism”
President Sadyr Japarov criticized some compatriots living abroad and separately thanked Kyrgyzstanis working overseas for their contribution to the country’s economy. He made the remarks on September 11 at celebrations marking the 35th anniversary of Kyrgyzstan’s independence in Talas.
