ICC: US sanctions based on misunderstanding
International Criminal Court (ICC) Deputy Prosecutor Mame Mandiaye Niang said United States sanctions against the court stem from Washington's misunderstanding of its work, while adding that the institution is preparing alternatives in case of further measures.
