COVID-19 crisis forced GIMPA to borrow for operations – Prof Bonsu
Professor Samuel Kwaku Bonsu, Director of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), has disclosed that the COVID-19 pandemic forced the institution to borrow money to sustain its operations after its income was severely disrupted.
