Divorce dispute: Court throws out husband's appeal over R1 million legal fees for brain-injured wife
The Western Cape High Court dismissed the husband’s application for leave to appeal an order requiring him to contribute R1m towards his wife’s legal costs. His attorneys were ordered to pay the failed application’s costs personally.
