Kuwait oil surged $8.15 Tuesday to $109.37 per barrel
<p>Kuwait oil surged US $8.15 during Tuesday’s trading to reach US $109.37 per barrel compared with US $101.22 per barrel the day before, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said Wednesday.
