6 000 baboon-proof bins to roll out in Cape Peninsula as northern fence advances
The first 2 200 of 6 000 lockable baboon-proof bins are due to reach priority Far South areas from mid-September 2026, while a northern boundary fence from Zwaanswyk to Constantia Nek is expected to enter construction later this month.
