‘Dunoon puppy seller’ jailed for animal cruelty and escaping custody
After years of allegedly evading authorities, 22-year-old Ncubeko Hloni, known as the “Dunoon puppy seller”, has been jailed after pleading guilty to animal cruelty, illegal animal sales and escaping from lawful custody.
