Fire breaks out at warehouse in Jurong, about 50 people evacuated
Some 50 people were evacuated after a fire broke out at a warehouse in Jurong at about 12pm on Tuesday (Sept 8).The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said in two Facebook posts that the fire, confined to the warehouse measuring about 20 metres by 10 metres, involved used household items stored inside. The fire at 10 Penjuru Road involves contents stored in a warehouse.
