The R16 million Emfuleni “ghost fleet” investigation has widened, with police tracing eight additional vehicles to other municipalities and a private company. A supplier accused of fraud, corruption and theft appeared in court as investigators continue following the money trail and probing links to murdered whistleblower Martha Rantsofu.
