Driver and passenger taken to hospital after car slams into wall at Mandai
A man and his female car passenger were injured after their vehicle skidded and crashed into a wall on Mandai Lake Road on Saturday (Sept 5).Dashcam footage shared by Facebook page SGRV shows the white car overtaking and going up a raised edge on the left side of the road.The car then veers away from the kerb and slams into the wall on the right side.The impact causes the car to bounce, and its front bumper appears to dislodge.Responding to AsiaOne's queries, the police said the car is believed to have skidded at about 6.45pm on Sept 5.The driver, a 53-year-old man, and his 52-year-old female passenger were conscious when taken to hospital.The man is assisting with ongoing investigations.[[nid:744431]]lim.kewei@asiaone.com
