'Isn't this trespassing?' Neighbours accused of entering Woodlands HDB flat without consent during renovation
A property agent has expressed concern after several people were allegedly seen entering a Woodlands HDB flat which is undergoing renovation.The incident was shared by TikTok user qidahfuad on Thursday (Sept 3), who questioned whether entering someone else's home during renovation without permission had become "a norm".In the video, which appeared to show two separate occasions, several people could be seen entering the unit.At one point, two women and a man are allegedly seen walking around the property, with the man taking photos of the renovation site with his phone.Text overlaid on the video claims that the individuals had noticed a CCTV camera but chose to ignore it.The video has since garnered more than 117,000 views on TikTok.In another instance, a woman is seen entering the unit and taking photos before being joined by a man.The property agent claimed that the woman then walked into the kitchen and rooms while the man remained outside.
