Graduates with honors may enter civil service reserve without competition
Graduates who receive diplomas with honors may be enrolled in the civil service personnel reserve without taking part in a competitive selection process. Myktybek Omurzakov, head of the Human Resources Policy Department of the State Agency for Civil Service and Local Government Affairs, said on Birinchi Radio.
