Frimpong-Boateng proposes Environmental Restoration Fund funded by mineral royalties
Former Minister for Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation, Professor Kwabena Frimpong-Boateng, has proposed the establishment of a statutory Environmental Restoration Fund that would operate outside Ghana’s regular budget cycle.
