IDF planning on operating in Lebanon in coming hours, explosions expected in northern Israel
<p>The Kiryat Shmona Municipality announced that IDF forces are expected to operate in Lebanon within the next hour, and that explosions may be heard in Kiryat Shmona and communities across the Galilee.</p><p>At this stage, normal routines remain in place and no special instructions have been issued to the public.</p>
