Enforcing environmental laws carries political cost, while offenders go unpunished – Frimpong-Boateng
Former Minister for Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation, Professor Kwabena Frimpong-Boateng, has blamed the country’s persistent environmental crisis on a political system that punishes officials who enforce the law while imposing little or no cost on those who fail to act.
