London, IRNA — Iran’s permanent mission to the United Nations and other international organizations in Vienna says a new attempt by the US and the three European countries of Germany, Britain, and France to refer Iran’s nuclear issue to the UN Security Council clearly shows “the complete failure of the snapback illusion” they have already pursued.
