King Salman and Crown Prince congratulate Ülle Madise, new president of Estonia
JEDDAH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman congratulated Ülle Madise on her election as president of Estonia. In separate cables sent to Madise, the King and the Crown Prince wished continued good health and happiness for the president, and steady progress and prosperity for the government and people of Estonia. Estonia's parliament elected constitutional lawyer Ulle Madise as the Baltic country's next president on Wednesday, making her the second woman to hold the post. Madise, 51, has been Estonia's human rights ombudsman since 2015, and will hold the position of president for the next five years.
