The Democratic Alliance has submitted fresh evidence to the Public Protector, alleging that Sport, Arts and Culture Minister Gayton McKenzie may have breached ethics rules by appointing Patriotic Alliance-linked individuals to key public entity boards and taking an oversized delegation on a controversial R31-million World Cup trip.
