Bail to handcuffs: Woman re-arrested outside court in R9.9m electricity case
Janitha van Reenen had just secured her freedom when she found herself back in handcuffs. The 25-year-old was re-arrested outside the Vanderbijlpark Magistrate’s Court on Thursday over allegations that she masterminded an R9.9 million electricity scam.
