Shisha manufacture, sale and promotion could face Sh5 million fine or 10‑year jail under new amendment
A draft amendment to Kenya’s Alcoholic Drinks and Drugs Control Laws could penalise anyone who manufactures, sells or promotes shisha with up to Sh5 million and a decade in prison.
