IOTA Leadership Dealership 2026 challenges young people to become solution-driven leaders
Africa’s growing youth population presents a major opportunity for the continent, but persistent unemployment, weak institutional accountability and rapid technological change are raising questions about whether young people are adequately prepared to shape its future. With millions entering the labour market, speakers at the second Leadership Dealership Conference organised by the IOTA Ministry Groupe have urged young Africans to develop the values, skills and sense of responsibility needed to lead in an increasingly complex world. The conference brought together speakers from business, technology and faith to examine the character, competence and discipline required for impactful leadership. For the convenor and President of the IOTA Ministry Group, Apostle Joseph Kwadwo Yeboah, effective leadership begins not with the desire to be in charge but with the willingness to learn from others. “Nobody was born a leader. Leadership is the consequence of right following,” he said.
