Contractor faces loss of R1.68m Paarl home over unpaid R165,000 construction debt
The Western Cape High Court has authorised the sale of a Paarl contractor's R1.68 million home to recover an unpaid construction debt of about R165,000, but postponed the sale until March 2027 to protect his children's interests.
