Joint List Chair: Netanyahu and Ben-Gvir engaging in ongoing incitement against Arab citizens
Prof. Yousef Jabareen, chairman of the Joint List, accused Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Itamar Ben Gvir of engaging in ongoing incitement during his faction's consultations with President Isaac Herzog. According to Jabareen, similar statements directed at Jews in a European country would be considered antisemitic, and rightly so. Jabareen also referred to the Prime Minister's son, claiming that he had written that Arab citizens would carry out "the next October 7." Addressing the President, Jabareen said: "These are statements that cannot simply be ignored. We expected greater involvement from you as President of the State of Israel."
