Fitness freaks battle it out at King’s War
Fitness enthusiasts gathered in Windhoek over the weekend to battle it out for top honours in Namibia’s flagship CrossFit competition, The King’s War. Close to 100 competitors from all over Namibia competed at the event where they pushed their bodies to the extreme in various exercises and categories to be crowned Namibia’s extreme fitness champions.
