Foreign Affairs Ministers from across the Commonwealth met on the eve of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, for the 27th Commonwealth Foreign Affairs Ministers Meeting (CFAMM).
