'Nothing was illegal': Man defends taping phone to SBS Transit bus, says stunt was filmed on another motorcycle
A man who was seen taping his mobile phone to the rear of an SBS Transit double-decker bus has defended his actions amid online safety concerns, claiming he staged a stunt and that his phone was not attached to the bus. In a social media post on Monday (Nov 2), the man addressed concerns from netizens, explaining that the footage was filmed using a DJI camera mounted on another motorcycle. "We didn't actually paste the phone on the bus and we filmed the entire video at 7am, so nothing was illegal," he said, suggesting that the phone taped to the bus was not used to record the footage but was instead part of the staged scene. In a separate video shared after his explanation, the man appeared to repeat the stunt by taping his phone to another bus, accompanied by the caption: "For part 2, let's go. Let us know where should I paste next?"
