Bredell prepares legal challenge to Theewaterskloof acting director’s appointment
Western Cape Local Government MEC Anton Bredell is preparing legal action against Theewaterskloof Municipality after councillors retained Tracy Mbalo-Tshungwana as acting director of community services. His department says her qualifications and appointment may not meet the statutory requirements for the post.
