Minority to summon Lands Minister over claims of mining before licence approval
The Minority in Parliament is seeking to summon the Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, to clarify reports that small-scale miners could commence operations without licences and regularise their activities afterwards.
