Manenberg family says ambulance never arrived before eight-year-old’s death
The family of eight-year-old Toheer Lewis says an ambulance did not arrive after he became ill following a suspected firecracker incident. Police have opened an inquest, while the Western Cape health department says it is investigating the circumstances.
