Anti-apartheid activists urge South Africans to vote and hold local leaders accountable
Former anti-apartheid activists Saths Cooper, Ela Gandhi and Siva Naidoo have urged voters to participate in local government and hold councillors accountable, saying poverty, inequality and poor service delivery remain major challenges.
